Hey Angela,

Your suggestions are wonderful! As mothers, we must find a way to leverage the aforementioned responsibilities of family, work, school, and/or whatever else. That's what being a lady in balance is all about ;-) It's easy to get into a busy schedule that leaves us feeling disconnected from our children. That's where spending quality time comes in. Let's not forget that quality time with our child(ren) is as equally important as quantity time with our child(ren). I love the basic idea of having no TV Monday through Thursday nights. More time for homework, reading, talking, and playing. To add to your suggestions, I also challenge mothers to allow themselves to have childlike fun. If you've forgotten how, you have the perfect teacher in your child. Let your child guide you through their world of fun. Something they like will re-ignite the child in you; and then, just run with it! Till next time :-)
