We at
Lady In Balance, LLC believe that continuous alignment of the mind,
body, and spirit are a must in order to live a balanced life.
A Balanced
Spirit begins with a relationship with Christ. It is knowing
and believing that you were created in the image of God and in that,
you are His child. Therefore, you are entitled to live in prosperity,
health, peace, and joy. Being Spiritually balanced is accepting
the Holy Spirit and allowing Him to dwell inside of you and yielding
to Him. As women, being Spiritually balanced is knowing we are virtuous
women able to care for our children, take care of our homes, run
our own businesses, and remain beautiful and whole not lacking anything.
Being Spiritually balanced is focusing on the promises of God, believing
in your heart, stepping out in faith on your dreams despite what
is seen from the natural.
A Balanced
Body means understanding the importance of health, nutrition,
and fitness. It is making a conscious effort to take care of your
body. Exercise daily for 30 minutes; it will help lower blood pressure,
relieve stress, and enhance circulation. Stretching and breathing
deeply can also reduce stress levels. Drink plenty of water and
take a daily multi-vitamin to make up for missed nutrients. Proper
nutrition is the key for achieving and maintaining a balanced body.
Eat fruits and vegetables daily, preferably raw vegetables or steamed
to receive the full nutrients. Reduce your intake levels of salt,
sugar, and saturated and Trans fats. Know what you are putting in
your body.
A Balanced
Mind means thinking positive thoughts, focused meditation on
the things you desire to have and be. Renewing your mind daily or
multiple times in a day are essential for having a balanced mind.
Refuse negative thoughts. Refuse negative words. Speak life into
yourself, family, career, relationships and everything around you.
Remind yourself you are all things through Christ and you can do
all things through Christ who strengthens you. |
